Participation terms – GOERENS roof-check offer
Organiser: Toitures GOERENS Sàrl, 48, rue de Gasperich, L-1617 Luxembourg; [email protected]; +352 48 63 47-1.
Participation and allocation
Adults who are natural persons may participate for a building in Luxembourg which they own or for which they have the owners’ necessary consent. One entry is allowed per person and building. Participation and the service are free of charge. A paid order, consent to advertising or a customer account are not required.
This is a roof-check offer with places allocated in the order in which complete registrations are received, within the released allocation and without a random draw. GOERENS may release additional places. Once the allocation is exhausted, no further reservations are possible. Successfully submitting a complete registration reserves an available place for site assessment. An email confirmation link is not required. The personal status page with a PDF download is displayed immediately; the link is also sent to the email address provided. Please provide only your own email address and check your details. Duplicate and incorrect registrations are not considered. A binding voucher is issued only after a positive site assessment.
Service and site assessment
The service includes a drone flight for a visual inspection of the roof, HD photographs of accessible roof surfaces, information on the visible condition of the roof and personal advice. The photographs are provided digitally. This is an initial visual assessment, not a complete building survey, a destructive inspection or a guarantee that the roof is free of defects.
A place is initially reserved for site assessment. GOERENS checks eligibility, access, current UAS geographical zones and the required flight permissions. The roof check is only confirmed on a binding basis following a positive assessment. A site near an airport is not automatically excluded. If a lawful and safe flight is not possible, no binding commitment is made; the person is informed of the reason.
Appointment and voucher
To redeem the voucher, the participant contacts GOERENS. The specific service appointment is agreed individually, taking into account the weather, the required flight permissions and operational planning. No fixed service date is promised when the voucher is awarded. The award alone does not automatically trigger an on-site appointment. The appointment arrangements applicable at registration are saved. Weather, official restrictions or a specific safety situation may require a postponement; GOERENS informs the person concerned and agrees a replacement appointment. Indefinite postponement at GOERENS’ sole discretion is not provided for. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
The voucher is personal, tied to the confirmed building and may not be sold. If the participant voluntarily does not claim the service, there is no entitlement to an optional cash payment or payment of an alleged monetary value. Statutory claims arising from non-performance for which GOERENS is responsible remain unaffected.
Changes to the offer
Additional allocations or an extension apply only to future registrations. Services already confirmed, saved terms and promised timeframes are not adversely affected. GOERENS may stop accepting new registrations; existing commitments remain in place. Luxembourg law applies while preserving mandatory consumer protection rights.
